Warranty:

On all products purchased on this site we provide a 24-month warranty, from the time of purchase, in the event of malfunctions and / or manufacturing defects.


Shipment:

We rely only on express couriers, we will communicate the traking code after shipping the product.
  • In Italy the average shipping time is 24/48 hours.
  • In France, Germany, Spain it could take up to 3/5 working days.
  • islands, united kingdom, etc .. could take around 5/7 working days.
  • About: Usa, Canada etc ,. it may take up to 15 working Days, and there may be additional customs charges charged to you.
We are not responsible for any delays due by the courier.

If the product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 8 days of receipt of the goods of any damage.
We will initiate the product return procedure and send the new product or send the replacement part where you can replace it.


Billing:

We can not issue a commercial invoice.
The sale: it is not subject to the VAT regime and the norm of art. 5 Presidential Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments;
it has a very occasional character, not carrying out the undersigned work of self-employment with character of habituality.

Refunds and returns:

The return can be made and you can receive a refund only if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The product must be repacked and returned to us.
Once we receive the package, we will issue the full refund.
